At ELXI, we strive to provide the finest fragrances and ensure that our customers enjoy the best shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be reused, resold, or returned. Therefore, please read our refund and return guidelines carefully.

In extreme cases of damaged product delivery (leakage / broken / missing items) due to transit, a refund / exchange can be initiated after a thorough verification of the refund policy.

Our products contain active natural extracts and ingredients and damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy. This also does not cover repercussions arising out of specific sensitivities towards a product/ ingredient and you are advised to do patch test as cautioned in every product.


1. No Return Policy (Opened / Used Products)

Perfumes are personal-use items, and once opened, they cannot be accepted back for hygiene and quality reasons.
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened perfume bottles
  • Used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customer dislike of fragrance notes

2. Damaged / Broken / Leaked Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or leaked, you must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage
  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)

Once verified, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Free replacement of the same product
  • Store credit (in special cases)

3. Incorrect Product Received

If the product delivered does not match your order:

  • Report within 24–48 hours
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging
    After verification, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  • The ordered product is out of stock
  • ELXI is unable to deliver the order
  • The customer received a damaged product and requests refund instead of replacement (subject to approval)

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


5. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Orders claimed after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Wrong fragrance choice by the customer

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
