• All orders placed on ELXI are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday).
• We ship all products within 3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Duration

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

• Metro Cities: 3–6 days
• Non-Metro Cities: 4–8 days
• Remote Locations: 6–10 days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
• ELXI may offer free shipping on specific products or during promotional periods.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.
• You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
ELXI will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

• Incorrect address
• Incomplete address
• Unreachable contact number

Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order is returned to us due to non-availability or refusal to accept:

• The customer will need to pay re-shipping charges to resend the package.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

• Take clear photos/videos of the package and product
